What happens before, during and after a 60-day deliverability recovery?
Straight answers on the problem, the recovery, eligibility, pricing, the guarantee and what we actually do.
Everything passes. Why am I still going to spam?+
Because authentication and basic DNS checks are only part of the picture. Mailbox providers also react to sender reputation, complaints, audience quality, engagement, volume changes, sending behaviour and their own provider-specific history with your mail.
Why is Gmail fine when Outlook isn’t?+
Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo and corporate filters make their own decisions using different signals and reputation histories. One provider can be healthy while another is filtering or throttling the same sender, which is why Email Foundry separates provider evidence rather than relying on one blended result.
My deliverability or warmup score looks good. Can it still be wrong?+
A reassuring score can be useful, but it is not the same as observing what mailbox providers do with your real campaigns. We look at live delivery evidence, provider reputation, complaints, inbox placement and sending behaviour rather than treating one dashboard score as the outcome.
Have I damaged or “burned” my domain?+
Not necessarily. Poor placement does not automatically mean a domain is permanently damaged. We look at the sending history, provider reputation, complaints, audience quality and current behaviour before deciding what actually needs recovering or changing.
Do I need to change ESP?+
Not automatically. If your current provider can support the required authentication and operational setup, moving platforms may not solve a reputation or audience problem. We diagnose the cause first and only recommend changing the parts that actually need changing.
What exactly does Email Foundry do?+
We diagnose the deliverability problem, configure the recovery sending environment, sort the relevant DNS and authentication, import and verify permission-based contacts, build recovery campaigns and manage the controlled 60-day reputation rebuild.
Is this just an email deliverability audit?+
No. The audit is the first part. The paid recovery programme includes implementation and the 60-day recovery rather than ending with a report.
Why does recovery take 60 days?+
Reputation is behavioural and changes over time. Technical fixes can be immediate, but rebuilding sending history and provider trust requires controlled real sending rather than a one-day configuration change.
Will it really take 60 days to see an improvement?+
Not necessarily. Technical problems can sometimes be corrected quickly, but reputation changes over time and different mailbox providers can recover at different speeds. The 60-day programme gives us enough room to make the fixes, rebuild sending carefully and adjust the pace according to the evidence rather than forcing volume back too quickly.
Do you guarantee every email will land in the inbox?+
No provider can guarantee the placement of every individual message because mailbox providers make the final decision. The programme carries the published 60-day refund policy for eligible permission-based senders where there is no measurable deliverability improvement.
Can transactional email stay where it is?+
Yes. The recovery programme is focused on promotional and lifecycle sending. Transactional email can remain with the existing provider where that is the safer operational choice.
Do you work with cold email?+
No. Purchased, scraped and unsolicited cold lists are not eligible for the programme.
What happens to my contacts?+
We import the relevant permission-based contacts, run email verification, suppress unsafe addresses and organise the audience around provider and credible engagement before recovery sending expands.
Do you write the recovery campaigns?+
We build multiple campaigns around your business, audience and the reasons people originally joined the list. Your team can review and approve the content before it is used.
What happens after 60 days?+
Around day 53 we send a private continuation link. It shows the price to stay protected for the remaining 10 months of your first year, the equivalent full-year protection price and exactly how much you save by only paying for the months that remain. Continuing keeps the recovered environment and protection in place.
Does continuation start another contract?+
No. The continuation is another one-off payment covering the remaining 10 months from the original recovery start date. It does not start an automatic subscription or restart the 12-month clock.
Can the continuation price change after we start?+
The price offered with the original recovery order is stored against that order, so later public pricing changes do not silently alter the continuation deal you started with.
What does the software do during recovery?+
Email Foundry combines pre-send checks, provider-aware pacing and recovery, routing, reputation signals, blacklist monitoring, inbox-placement evidence, Google Postmaster and Microsoft SNDS/JMRP data, human-engagement filtering and contact-pressure controls.
How is pricing chosen?+
The diagnostic matches the lowest recovery tier that covers both your permission-based contact count and normal marketing send volume. Prices are shown before checkout.
Where should I start?+
Run the free Email Deliverability Diagnostic. It gives you a personalised result and identifies whether the recovery programme is appropriate before you buy anything.
