Find the cause
Authentication, infrastructure, provider reputation, blocklists, list health, engagement and sending behaviour.
You’ve checked the obvious things. Maybe everything passes. But Gmail, Microsoft or Yahoo is still filtering mail that people actually asked to receive.
Email Foundry doesn’t hand you another score or a list of things to try. We find where the problem sits, make the changes that matter and manage the reputation rebuild over 60 days.
A domain problem needs a different response from a tired audience. A Microsoft problem doesn’t automatically mean Gmail needs the same treatment. And an authentication problem isn’t solved the same way as damaged reputation.
That’s why the recovery starts with diagnosis rather than throwing your entire list back at the mailbox providers and hoping for the best.
The service is built around implementation. We do the setup work and use the same environment to manage the reputation rebuild.
Authentication, infrastructure, provider reputation, blocklists, list health, engagement and sending behaviour.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Return-Path and related sending-domain configuration checked and corrected where required.
Your recovery account and sending environment are provisioned with dedicated IP allocation where appropriate.
Permission-based contacts are imported, verified, suppressed and prioritised using credible engagement and provider context.
We create multiple relevant campaigns around your real business rather than artificial warm-up messages.
Volume grows as evidence allows, with provider-specific protection when Gmail, Microsoft or Yahoo behave differently.
Email Foundry watches each provider separately. If Microsoft needs slowing while Gmail is healthy, there is no reason to force both through the same recovery pace.

Your 60-day programme is covered by a 60-day refund policy. Email Foundry manages the recovery work, including promotional/lifecycle sending controls and the technical changes required during the programme.
If there is no measurable deliverability improvement during the 60 days, eligible permission-based senders can request a refund. No provider can guarantee the placement of every individual message because mailbox providers make the final inbox decision.
