Email deliverability recovery

Everything looks fine. So why are your emails still going to spam?

SPF passes. DKIM passes. DMARC passes. You’re not blacklisted. Yet Gmail or Outlook can still put wanted emails in Junk. We find out what’s actually causing it, fix the problem and manage the recovery over 60 days.

Permission-based email only No email address required to start 60-day refund policy
What usually happens

The first sign is often a performance drop, not an error message.

A list that used to perform starts producing fewer clicks, replies or sales. The ESP still reports the mail as delivered, and the obvious checks may all pass.

A common example is Gmail behaving normally while Outlook starts junking a segment that has mailed fine for months. That is a different problem from a bad subject line or a broken campaign.

We work out whether the issue sits with a provider, the audience, the sending pattern, the domain, the IP or a combination of those things before changing the rest of the programme.

During the recovery

The sending decisions become easier to explain.

We separate provider behaviour, clean up the audience and adjust volume from current evidence instead of following one fixed schedule.

The 60-day programme

What happens during the recovery.

We handle the audit, setup, audience preparation, campaign build and controlled sending while the reputation is being rebuilt.

01

We audit the sending programme

We check the technical setup, audience, complaints, engagement, volume changes and provider evidence together.

02

We fix the causes

DNS, sending identity, recovery infrastructure, suppressions and audience risks are corrected where the audit shows they matter.

03

We rebuild with the strongest audience first

Recovery campaigns go to stronger permission-based contacts first, with separate pacing where a provider needs more time.

04

We keep watching the results

Reputation, placement, complaints and sending pressure continue to be monitored so changes are caught earlier.

What we actually watch

Delivery, reputation, placement, complaints and genuine engagement.

Those signals are viewed by provider where possible. If Microsoft is showing stress and Gmail is not, the response can be different instead of slowing the entire campaign for no reason.

Pre-send checksAuthentication, content, list and infrastructure risks are checked before campaigns leave.
Provider-by-provider pacingGmail, Microsoft, Yahoo and other traffic can be assessed and paced independently.
Reputation dataGoogle Postmaster, Microsoft SNDS/JMRP, blocklists and delivery evidence feed the recovery view.
Likely-human engagementPrivacy opens and security-scanner clicks are separated from behaviour more likely to come from a person.

Who this is for

For businesses with a real permission-based audience and an email channel worth protecting.

We work with subscribers, customers, members and other contacts who have a genuine reason to expect your email. The service is built to recover legitimate marketing programmes, not to make unsolicited outreach look healthy.

Good fit
  • Existing customer or subscriber lists
  • Gmail or Microsoft placement has deteriorated
  • Engagement or email revenue has fallen
  • The technical setup looks fine but results do not
Not a fit
  • Purchased or scraped lists
  • Cold outbound databases
  • Trying to bypass mailbox-provider protections
  • Unsolicited bulk email
A few common questions

What clients usually want to know.

What if SPF, DKIM and DMARC already pass?+

That is common. Authentication is part of the audit, but it does not rule out reputation, audience quality, complaint, engagement, pacing or provider-specific problems.

Can our transactional email stay where it is?+

Yes. Transactional email can stay with the existing provider while Email Foundry controls the promotional and lifecycle sending that needs recovery.

Do you write the recovery campaigns?+

Yes. We build multiple campaigns around your business, audience and the reasons people originally joined the list. Your team can review and approve the content before it is used.

Is this a cold email service?+

No. The recovery programme is for permission-based email. We do not use it for purchased, scraped or unsolicited prospect lists.

What happens after the 60 days?+

You can stop after the recovery programme or keep the recovered environment, monitoring and sending controls in place for the remaining 10 months of your first year. Because only 10 months remain, you pay less than the normal full-year protection price, with the exact saving shown on your matched tier.
